Learn & Practice Yoga
from a gender-sensitive lens
This program will explore how yoga can support:
Pelvic Floor Function
Menstrual Cycle Health
Hormone Wellness
Breast Care
Prenatal & Postpartum
Bone Density Health
Emotional and Mental Well-being

Why is this program solely focused on women’s health?
Statistics show that yoga is practiced mostly by women. Even so, most mainstream yoga is taught from a lens that does not take into account the changes of a woman’s body and how to adjust the practice based in those needs. In this 200-hr yoga wellness program you will not only be able to learn and apply tools to support your wellness journey.
